Kelly, I stopped by your blog via Lindsey's blog. I had to comment on this post. I am a HUGE DMB fan. I actually saw them way back in the day when they were touring all over the U.S. to gain fans. Someone had said that they were "worth checking out". My ticket was $12 and there were about 100 people max. From the first time I saw them I was in love with their sound. They talked to the audience a ton and were joking around between songs. It was so cool. I have seen them several times since then and the crowds have multiplied in size. It is crazy their fan base now. They are the most talented band--Dave isn't half bad either :). Reading your post made me want to catch another show. So glad that you enjoyed---minus the smoke!
