We took kind of a last minute trip to Newport, and I am so glad we did. It fun to see and spend a little extra time with Mimi and Papa and the boys. Thanks Mimi and Papa for all the goodies!! These were taken on our drive, Oregon really is this green sometimes it feels unreal because it is so green. But it is beautiful and reminds me of a bit of our past when we lived among this green and I hardly noticed it.
Memorial Day Parade....kinday rainy which is very typical on the Oregon coast. The kids had so much fun and brought back a bag chuck full of candy.
Lunch at Mo's on the Newport bayfront...has some really yummy clam chowder
Seeing our good friends the Tappana's while we were in town.....we didn't get enough time with you guys!!! We really need to go camping or something this summer. Miss you!
