A Busy Weekend

ok, so here we go...

Cooking with me...The man is my official banana bread taster.... and popcorn taster for daddyA dodgeball tournament.... it was a fundraiser for a local high school boy who was injured in a football game and is paralized from the waist down. It was a lot of fun, and Nathan made it out alive and unhurt. and even won himself a shirt. The dodgeball champ!
A walk through Greenhorn Park. Walking on water :)This park is so cool, A lake and playgrounds and a section that has some of old town Yreka Gold mining tools and old houses, even an abandoned mine. Love this old red bridge...totally taking family pics here soon.
Family Hike. Topics of discussion were 1. Mountain Lions 2. the Man hike and manly pocket knife 3. how to properly fall down a steep hill 4. Are there any more snacks left? And last but not least, family movie night
Movie: Princess Bride

What a great day. Loved all the pictures. I know where I'm going next year for Civil Rights Day, your house and the old red bidge.

Thanks for the load of pictures. We love when you update your blog. All the kids gather to see what you are up to. Ryann always tells people that she has a best friend with white hair who loves horses too. it is so cute.
totally need to talk to you soon. It has been way to long.

what's up lindsey! love these pictures you are taking. gosh, makes me miss you guys so much. there we were living in the metropolis, and now we're all in Podunk towns! very cool. those mines you went to visit are a photo gold mine, no pun intended. i'd take tons of photos there. some nice decrepit structures. i love that picture of nate at the dodgeball tournament too. i'd probably throw my shoulder out and be super sore if i did that. haven't played games like that since middle school! take care, love you guys, cam
